Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the QeepX app and website ("QeepX", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use QeepX.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, sit on a mic seat, send or receive gifts, or make purchases. We may ask for age verification and will remove accounts of users under 18.
2. Your account
- One account per person; keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames that impersonate others, contain hate or sexual content, or infringe trademarks may be changed or removed.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice.
3. Virtual items and currencies
- QeepX uses three virtual currencies: Pyrite (QP), purchased with real money; Citrine, earned by receiving gifts; and Jade, earned through activity. They are licensed to you, not sold; they have no real-world value except as described in the Refund and Creator sections, cannot be transferred outside QeepX, and may be adjusted or withdrawn if the service ends.
- Gifts, VIP levels, FrndZoo cards, boosts and effects are digital items consumed at the time of use.
- FrndZoo cards are an in-app game. Card values, passive rewards and battle outcomes are governed by the game rules shown in the app and may be changed to protect the economy. They are not investments or securities.
4. Creator earnings
Verified creators may convert Citrine to money at the rate shown in the app (currently 210 Citrine = US$0.99), subject to a minimum payout, identity/tax verification, a hold period for fraud review, and applicable taxes. We may withhold payouts for gifts obtained through fraud, chargebacks or rule violations.
5. Content and conduct
You own the content you post but grant QeepX a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the service. You must follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content and use automated and human moderation. Live audio rooms may be monitored for safety.
6. Purchases
Purchases on the web are processed by Razorpay/Stripe; purchases in the Android app from Google Play are processed by Google Play Billing and subject to Google's terms. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Disclaimers and liability
QeepX is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of virtual items due to account termination for cause, or interruptions of service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, after a good-faith attempt to resolve them by contacting us.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to the QeepX app (Android/web) and qeepx.info / qeepx.com.

How we use it
- To run QeepX, personalise your feed (PRISM ranking) and show relevant rooms and ads.
- To keep the community safe: automated and human review of reports, device fingerprinting to stop banned users returning.
- To send notifications you opted into and transactional emails (OTP, receipts).
- We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
With service providers under contract (hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, EU; payments: Razorpay/Stripe/Google Play; email delivery; push notifications: Google Firebase), with authorities when legally required, and with other users as part of the features you use (your profile, posts, presence in rooms).
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists and up to 90 days after deletion for fraud and legal purposes; transaction records as required by tax law (up to 8 years in India). Live voice is not stored unless a report triggers a short review recording.
Your rights
You can edit your profile in the app, export or delete your account from Me → Settings → Delete account or by emailing qeepxapp@gmail.com. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object under the Indian DPDP Act, GDPR or similar laws.
Children
QeepX is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. See the Safety Policy for Children.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, traffic is encrypted with TLS, servers are firewalled and monitored. No system is perfect; report concerns to qeepxapp@gmail.com.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Pyrite (QP) purchases are delivered instantly. Because virtual currency is consumable, purchases are non-refundable once QP has been credited, except where required by law or where the credit failed.
- Failed or duplicate payments: if money was taken and QP was not credited within 24 hours, email qeepxapp@gmail.com with the payment ID; we refund to the original method within 5–7 working days.
- Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy; request through Google Play.
- Gifts, VIP, boosts, cards and battles are consumed on use and cannot be reversed.
- Creator payouts are processed weekly after verification; rejected or reversed gifts are deducted.
- You may stop using QeepX at any time; deleting your account forfeits remaining virtual balances.
Safety Policy for Children
- We do not allow users under 18. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed and any balance is refunded to the payer where possible.
- We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for grooming or sexualising minors. Such content is removed immediately, the account banned, and the material reported to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC and Indian cyber-crime authorities).
- Every post, profile, room and message can be reported in-app (⋯ → Report). Reports are reviewed by our Police moderation team.
- Parents or guardians who believe a minor is using QeepX can write to qeepxapp@gmail.com with the username; we act within 24 hours.

Community Guidelines
QeepX is for friends and fun. To keep it that way, the following are not allowed and lead to content removal, muting, seat bans or account bans:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech against any group
- Sexual content, nudity, sexual solicitation
- Violence, self-harm promotion, terrorism, illegal goods
- Scams, fake giveaways, gift-farming with multiple accounts, chargeback fraud
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, sharing others' private information
- Impersonation of QeepX staff, celebrities or other users
Hosts are responsible for their rooms and can mute, kick and lock seats. Repeated violations by a host may result in room closure and loss of creator status.
